Does not save file

I have a registered version. I load a folder and rotate severl images. I choose either a new folder or existing folder and click start. The photos do not save in either the new folder or existing folder. I tried several times and it does not work....

PearlMountain Image Converter. What good is the free trial? It only converts tyo an image which says the user has an unregisted version. I am not buying anything that I do not try first.

Provide a phone number for customer service - the program is not functioning properly.

Couple suggestions after using it some more

1) Allow us to select which profile we want to load when we first start the program 2) Remember the "save it in the same folder" setting when we save the profile (I leave the box checked but the profile does not remember this)

Watermark?

I converted a Sony SR2 file to Photoshop PSD. Unfortunately the very strong red colour bias on the image (caused by the watermark?) makes it impossible for me to judge whether your AnyPic Image Converter is any good. I can attach comparison views...

There are times when I want to use the image converter and it won't start so I have to restart my computer. Other times it wants me to add my license code, when I did that over a year ago, so I have to use the trial version instead! Please fix...

The software won't batch convert anything. Is there a limit to the source file size?

My source file is a psd and is about 85Mb in size. when is select a batch and try to convert the window comes up and says that it is converting but then it gives a message saying 1 of 80 files have been converted

Trying to convert Fujifilm x100s RAF files to TIFF. Resulting images are split (i.e. bottom 1/6th of image is cropped and placed at top of image!) and colour rendition is just shades of magenta. Why are these happening?
